Is it possible to record weight lost in half pounds or do we always have to round up or down to nearest pound?

Switch to kg. A pound is approximately 2.2kg so you will have more options.0

Actually a kg is approximately 2.2 lbs.0

You can enter tenths of pounds. I'm guessing you have your units set to stones/lbs. That way only allows whole pound entries. Set your units to just pounds, then you can enter tenths.0
