1day Splurge and macro nutrients, is it essential when cutting?

2 weeks ago I weighed in at 196(lbs). This morning I weighed in at 185.5 (lbs) so I am pretty excited that I am doing this great and counting all in intake aswell. Today I took my son to a movie but did not have enough time to eat before we left, so I had a hot dog at the movie with a small popcorn and a box of cookie dough bites with a coke zero.... I feel horrible for eating it but I st curious if this will mess up or slow down my metabolism? Any comments or suggestions?
