Advice for new cyclist?

Worrying that there are people out there carrying concealed weapons riding bicycles - blimey!

I was just going to say - don't be afraid to own your piece of the road. You are a road user as a cyclist and not an apologist that belongs in the gutter. Let cars behind negotiate their overtake and help out but don't let them put you in the gutter.

(I'm pretty sure you won't!)
