I'm actually well on track and at my best I've been in years.
My body fat per centage is down to 17% and my weight is at the upper limit of "ideal."
This is the second time I've had to lose weight, though. The first time I had to lose 40 pounds.
This time I only had to drop 22. The reason? I discovered my weight was pushing my blood pressure up when I sat at one of those pharmacy b/p machines. What a surprise!
How?
I found that exercise actually makes me hungry so I had to count calories and carbs first... THEN... exercise to knock off those extra calories that I ate during the day.
