BG drops and exercise

Hi. First time posting. Have searched but not found an adequate answer for my question. Sorry.
For the third time this week my blood glucose has dropped during exercise. Today it was during bodypump, I only got about 1/2 way through. I have hypoglycemic unawareness, so I didn't notice until everything starting sounding like the adults from Peanuts. I almost passed out.
I'm T2 with tight control on my BG. I've lost about 35 lbs over the past 3.5 months. My most recent HbA1c was last week, it was 5.4 and my meds have been lowered. My morning BG #'s run between 70-105.
Here's my workout schedule:
MON: Barre class 60 min + body pump 60 min
TUES: Tabata 60 min
WED: Body Pump 60 min
FRI: Body Pump 60 min
SUN: Body Pump 60 min
My question is what can I do to make sure that I can make it through a class?
ETA: When I say my BG drops, I mean it drops in the 40-50 range. Anything above that I can work with.
