Hi! I recently had a gastric sleeve surgery on Jan 22nd and am new to all this getting healthy stuff. I lost 30 lbs before my surgery and 14 lbs since- I am just beginning to log everything and finding my way around these apps. I am looking for someone who is patient but helpful because I'm the first one to admit I have no idea what's going on Lol!
