Hey everyone, I'm looking for a healthy way to gain weight. A few years back I hit a rough patch in life and dropped 45 pounds, I have a fast metabolism and I've had a really hard time getting back to 100lbs and staying at that weight. Would really love the help and tips if possible.

Eat calorie dense foods so you fit in the calories you need to gain weight: Whole milk, cheese, peanut butter, fruit juice, avocados, pop tarts, etc.0

Avocado is sadly a no go (allergic to them). Bread wise is it best to stick to white bread or will any work?0

Anything is fine really. Whole grains tend to be more filling, so if that's an issue, I'd stick to white.0 -
This thread will give you a variety of foods that can help increase your calories. Overall, most people do not have a fast metabolism but eating habits or highly active jobs that make this more difficult.
Do you know how many calories you need to eat to maintain?0 -
2130 calories a day.0

Then eat atleast 2300, what is the prob.0

Add 10% or 250. But you confirmed it, you definitely don't have a fast metabolism. That is a fairly standard number.0
