I'm not sure I can do this by myself anymore. I've been trying to lose weight since the beginning of the year. I lost 6lbs in 2 weeks, nothing the next two weeks, then I gained the 6 back the next two weeks. I'm finding myself doing less at the gym then when I started and I've always been bad at watching what I eat. I don't know what to do to make it better/not as hard for me.

Have you read these two threads, linked in the most helpful stickies at the top? I find them to be the most important out of the entire site with plenty of valuable information.

Well you just have to be better at watching what you eat and don't stop moving. Use the food diary, and weigh everything. Weigh yourself daily, as well. Don't overdo the exercise; find something you like. The same with food, don't cut out, just reduce portion sizes. After a while you'll find out what satisfies you and what you can leave out.0
