257-195 Face Comparison for Personal Motivation!

Hello all! I have been working on my fitness since December of 2014 and I have lost 62 pounds since then! I started out at 257 and have worked my way down to 195. I still want to work towards losing around 30-40 more, and that's why I decided to look through some old photos for motivation! I realized that my photos may be helpful for some other folks since I have turned to these boards many times for motivation or just some goddamn proof that people can actually lose weight! In the first two I was around 250, and in the second two I'm around 200-195. I look forward to posting full body pics and more about my methods when I get down to 160!
