Hi, I'm 32 and on a mission to get fit and tone up.
Heres my story... whats yours?
I gained 2 1/2 Stone when i stopped smoking so went from being a smoker to being overweight!
I am a chocoholic binge eater and hope that by logging my daily food intake and sharing with everyone what I eat (including binge moments!) this might just help me!
I am a motivator and active user and would like friends who are also active users!

I will add you! But I am a huge believer in logging everything especially your binge moments. It really makes you accountable and gives you the most accurate picture of how and why you are or are not losing weight!0

That's my plan.. Starting today unfortunately! I started this on wrong day. Fresh food cupboard and head tomorrow! I have only started gathering Friends and motivation today so no excuses For me Tomorrow!0

I am new here, and I just started my diet and exercise program. I am looking for friends, support, suggestions, tips, and motivation. I am a fairly active 32 year old stay at home mom of 3 beautiful children. I do 30 minutes of Zumba on my XBox every day as well as chasing the children around and cleaning the house. I am trying to get my weight down to my pre-pregnancy weight 115 LBS before my sister-in-law gets married in a year and 2 months.0

I need friends too! I've been a MFP user for awhile now but I never got involved in the community, probably because I didn't feel like I was going to be a "lifetimer".
