just a reminder...
To maintain proper hydration you should drink half your body weight in water in ounces every day!!
Ex: if you weigh 200, you should drink 100 ounces of water every day

    I don't drink any, I'm not a fan of it.

    And 100 ounces is stupidly high IMO

    Actually that's unnecessary for most people. Judge your hydration level by your urine color. If it's light/pale yellow, then you're good.

    Those are pretty random numbers. You're recommending I drink 12.5 glasses of water a day.
    I don't need that.

    I don't and cannot drink that much water on top of the other things I eat and drink. I am well hydrated, thank you.

    Just trying to help guys. A lot of people mistake hunger when they're actually just dehydrated. It's a pretty good gage, and very well documented. I hope everyone has an awesome day :)
