Hello everyone, Im here to improve my health and find motivation to do it. I've recently been told i was pre-diabetic and would need to improve my lifestyle. I've tried many times but it was really hard for me to lose the weight.

Hi Carmen! My best advice is : Educate yourself, reliable/truthful logging and move your body in any way that isn't harmful to you. And by that I don't mean it won't be uncomfortable, just not harmful for where you are at now! If you stick with it your body will change, a little at a time, but it will change and so will how you feel.0
