Hey myfitnesspal'ers

My name is Natalie and I am here to lose around 60 more pounds. I started this journey about five weeks ago and have lost about 19 pounds already with serious healthy eating, lots of working out. My weight has always been a rollercoaster and I this time I want to make it a lifestyle change, and not just some crash diet that works great until I'm over it again. I have been having luck, but would love to link up with other positive and motivated people like myself who are in it for the long haul, ups and downs- someone who can give my criticism and positive feedback as well and vice versa. I feel like this whole journey has been a fun one for me, a new exploration and I can't wait to big deeper. Who's coming with me?
