Hi I'm Zoe, I'm 22, from Milton Keynes England, I have 2 children - Dexter who will be 2 in April and Nala who will be 11 weeks old tomorrow.
I'm exclusively breastfeeding and wanting to loose about 2/3 stone. I'm hoping this will help me so any tips or trick from any other BF mummies would be great and I'm also going to start the 30 days shread or insanity! X

    Hi I am Kristy, I recently moved to Milton Keynes. I am a mum of two boys aged 23. I breast feed my youngest son and found lots of walking was great although I put all the weight back on and currently working out but lacking motivation. Message me if u would like. My son is 2 on April 21st xx
