Getting back in to the Swing

I have started so many times. I had a two year and i used MFP no fail and i was able to loose so i know this works. I started Jan 2014 I lost 20lbs i was eating right 80% of the time. I still at my Chinese and pizza in moderation, i also was on cheesecake baking thing. I was going to the gym many mornings. Last year i did not keep my membership i got a cheep elliptical and we already had a bike and bowflex i know what i can do well guess what dint happen.. but we been 2 years in to a addition where we doing the work our self. I find i miss working out how makes me feel so I joined beach body as Coach. was all ready hit the road running and i was getting so tired could not figure what was wrong or was 3 kids two in school work, work house, work, Well then nausea came.. Surprise baby 4 due in July. Went in to the new year going to get moving eat right keep fit. Then phone call comes my father had accident next under 48 hours din't sleep well end result he no longer in pain. Now comes handling his affairs. I keep putting my self aside but to be able to keep up with 4 kids and dealing with his estate I need to keep on track.

Okay I am babbling...
So I'm back.
