LCHF-diet someone?

Hello everyone!

I'm on the Low Carb / High Fat diet and I truly love it. Is there anyone out there on the same diet as me? :)

    Atkins Diet?

    I went on it for one week, lost 11 lbs, decided it wasn't for me and ate carbs on day 8. Day 9 I weighed in and had regained all 11 lbs back. For some reason anytime I eat a low carb diet, I immediately regain the weight back when I eat "normally" again.

    Not specifically, but I do tend to stay low carb and enjoy my fat.

    Is this a specific diet, or just low carb in general?

    I understand. However, there is a solution when you are feeling deprived to the point you over indulge with carbs. Try this, p/u a copy of the South Beach Diet book (walmart, kmart, grocers, etc...) and then negotiate which carbs you like that have a low glycemic index. (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and add whipped cream or make a fruit smoothie with greek yogurt; almond milk blended with breyers low carb choc/van ice cream) Then consider the amount of caffeine intake you have with the low carb diet, negotiate the amount of fat calories per day and try to stay at least 250-500 calories below the recommended daily amount of kcals per day.
    During this process, consider remaining successful and once you meet your goal wt, what would you like to do to continue to maintain or progress with the wt loss, body image or long term healthy outcomes. I wouldn't tell you any of this, if I haven't experienced it for myself. By the way, after that binge, you can pick up the next day with loads of water, flush, flush and then 3 days later check your ketones and I betcha you will be back in business again. Remember, the goal is ketosis but drink your water to flush the fat.......
