Weight the same - encouragement, insights or support appreciated

I weighed in this morning on day 6 of my journey and my weight was the same as yesterday. It broke my 5-day streak of weight loss. I feel good about it because I allowed my self to eat all of my goal calories. Now with the new week, I have a brand new start and will clamp down on excess. Although it may appear I am doing well, my situation is fragile, just like yours, and I could use any kind of encouragement, insights or support. Thank you.

You are not going to lose weight every single day or, likely, ever single week. Weight loss is not linear. If you cannot handle a day with no loss, or with a gain, I suggest not weighing yourself daily.
