Hi all
I am a newbie to this site but have heard gooood things.
I am 5.4, 150 lbs and my weight loss goal is to be 130lbs-so basically 20lbs which are the toughest! I have had this extra weight for over 5 years but to be fair I have never really controlled my diet as such.
That said, the weird part is I am not much of an eater-I don't each junk food (you will not find any junk food in our cupboards). We don't eat out much. We almost never eat at a fast food restaurant. I am a vegetarian but do eat eggs. Lately I have started eating fish. No meat.
So I have maintained my weight for all these years at 150lb which is a good or a bad thing but have NEVER been able to go below this

I LOVE the ease of the food logging. I'm guilty of not keeping up with it recently but the app really does make it super easy and slowly but surely it becomes habit.
