When are you too sick to work out?
I've been lounging all day feeling okay. A little tired but nothing out of the ordinary. As soon as I get to the gym and start moving I'm dizzy AF, killer headache, pale as snow and weak as all hell.
This is odd for me as I work out 5 days a week for at least an hour (hour and a half usually) so it's not the exertion.
Should I push through??? What is this?
Currently on a bike taking it slow but feel like poo.

Go home.
You're either coming down with something or your body is telling you it's time to rest.0 -
Please go home for your sake and the sake of everyone you might infect0

never push through if there is pain, dizziness, etc. are you fueling your workouts before and after? if not maybe its low blood sugar? I get like that if my blood sugar gets too low. eat something with a little carbs and protein about an hr before you workout, see if that helps if you dont do that already. your body just may be telling you that its needs rest too.go home, get plenty of fluids and get some rest0

Ugh you guys are right. I just feel guilty- I really hate missing a workout. Usually if I'm sick I work through it and feel better after. But this seems different.
Thanks for your input!0 -
