Hey y'all! I'm Stevie, my second child is 3 months old and I'm ready to start getting back in shape! I'm 165 lbs right now and looking to get down to 145 and just mostly be in great shape. The numbers don't matter as much to me but they help with motivation. I just started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred to get me started! Also I've started jogging and walking (in increments, not a good runner yet). Any and all advice is appreciated, I'm mostly here for accountability and support!
