Nature's Path Pumpkin/Flax Granola?? Gluten free, wheat free?? Eat with unsweetened almond milk.

Ingredients:
Rolled oats*, evaporated cane juice*, soy oil*, brown rice flour*, pumpkin seeds*, flax seeds*, oat syrup solids* (oat syrup solids*, tocopherols), sea salt, molasses*, cinnamon*. *Organic. Contains soy. Produced in a facility that uses wheat, peanuts or tree nuts.

    Theres no good or bad foods, only nutrient and non nutrient dense ones. If you like it, keeps you satisfied and fits into your day, have at it!

    If you're allergic to peanuts, possibly bad. Otherwise, if the nutritional profile fits what you want and it fits in your calories, nothing wrong with it.
