Starting tomorrow I go back to school to become a medical assistant. I will be sitting in class and lab for 6 hours a day for the next few months. I commit to myself to get at least 45 minutes of cardio at least 6 days a week and to go to the gym and do lifting at least 5 days a week. alternating between upper and lower body. I will also remain within my weekly allotted calories. I have had a good road getting my healthy life back, no to get the rest of my life back in order and be able to get a job, and to keep up my fitness uterine.
