Snow day and a weekend... off the health wagon help

So Ive been doing so well. Lost a total of 33 lbs since I gave birth to my daughter jan 5. This weekend i just became so not what i have been for about 2 months. I went rock climbing yesterday but thats all ive done exercise wise since friday. Plus ive been nonstop hungry. Eaten way over my recommended calories and some pretty unhealthy stuff.
Sitting here tonight I feel so fat and lazy. My stomach is bloated and it feels like ive gained at least 5 or 6 pounds.
Have any of you had a rough few days? Any advice on how to not let this happen again? Some motivation to remind me not to fall back into a pattern of laziness and junk food? Add or message for support

THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME THIS WEEKEND! Binged for the first time in months. I feel like I'm off the wagon completely. Looking for a little advice as well. My plan is just to start clean tomorrow and try hard not to beat myself up too much about this weekend. Good luck - you can do it!0

What is your plan when this happens? There is no reason to just keep digging yourself down deeper and farther away from goals because you had one high calorie day, or two..Log it, move on. Tomorrow is a new day. Maybe pre-log your day for tomorrow.0
