Hey guys!
I've been doing cardio 3 days/week for a year, and now I'm adding strength training in my routine.
But I'm confused about something. After some monitoring, I realized that during my cardio exercices my heart rate is lower than it was before, even doing the same or a little more effort than I used to do. Is it normal?
Thanks!

Yes, that is normal, your heart is working more effectively to do the same work as you get in better shape!0

Yes, your heart rate should be lower the fitter you get, that's part of why as you get fitter you have to change up your workouts.
Now, I'm clearly not fit, I wear my charge hr to catch me from overdoing it. Was just doing step aerobics and caught myself at 184 and slowed myself down.0 -
Yes - normal. It means you are in better shape!0
