yes and believe it or not the smaller you get the more visible any loss will be. When I first started losing weight my first 30-50 pds received NO NOTICE! I was so heartbroken. However, more recently - now that I'm in my goal range a more recent 5 pound loss was noticed by EVERYONE - so much so that people I only new for a few weeks even commented on my "shrinking" lol. I was even told my some family members that I have "lost enough" haha - I'm not yet at goal or even at a healthy bmi but it was interesting that now its really noticeable - to them way more than to me.0
