Nutrient breakdown

How are the nutrients calculated? Not the macro but the protein, sugar, fat etc...is the goal set based in the macro breakdown or can you modify them?

    Protein, carbs and fat are your macros and they are set as a percentage of your calories to the RDA. The sugar, sodium, etc. are also set to similar guidelines. Use the link above to adjust them. I suggest not lowering calories to ensure you are fueling your body well.
