Pack a picnic basket dinner with food and wine, and take it on a nighttime ferry boat ride around the San Juan islands

I suppose it depends on what is interesting to her... dinner and dancing, drinks and conversation, coffee and a walk. I like to keep things simple on a first date. Fun, but not too much. Intimate, but not overly so.

For date 2 I’d pack a picnic and we could hike to the top of a mountain to check out the view.

    You had me at "Hello"

fishing or picnic, and beach or movie, and dinner or local fair or flea market, the coffee shop is a good icebreaker location for a blind date.
