Hi Everyone

I created my account a while back but that was as far as I got! I have tried every diet going from Cambridge, Weightwatchers, Slimming World, Rosemary Conley etc etc etc. My plan now is not to 'diet' as such but to eat three healthy balanced meals per day and exercise. I am not going to log calories religiously because I don't want that but I have worked out some typical days on the food diary and know what to have and what is off limits. I can see from the typical day I put in on the food diary that merely not eating the chocolate, crisps, cakes, biscuits, sweets, etc etc., my meals are spot on the calorie allowance to lose weight. If I throw in an exercise DVD Mon - Fri that will topple the scales in my favour to lose weight - now I just need to get on with it!
