Good day guys and girls pretty exited about getting into this app!! Been training for years experimenting with bodybuilding routines/strength n conditioning workouts/crossfit/running etc. Took my foot off the gas lately but have the bug again and gonna do it right. 4 month eating clean and training hard looking forward to the results!
