I am really excited! Recently I've started using the Paleo Diet, already I've lost 1.5 pounds! Can't beat that. Anyone who's interested in going back to your grass roots to be healthy dropping grains & sugar and still enjoy your food go paleo! I'm not a paid endorser or anything like that, my son and daughter in law asked me to try it do to the fact that I'm very overweight and pre diabetic. I love the food and I do feel better ( Just wanted to share my joy) BBC

    There's a paleo group here. They will share your excitement. Unfortunately, paleo threads on the main boards usually just turn into mocking threads. Good luck with your continued journey!

    I have also found that natural foods are amazing for weight loss.
    But I love my whole grains too much. Whole wheat pasta is a serious treat.
