How do I add an Exercise from the Database to my personal exercise log? I can find the exercise in the "database" but there is no option to "select" or "add". I must be missing something ... Please advise.

On the Web version, navigate to EXERCISE > Exercise Diary > Cardiovascular > Add Exercise. This will provide an estimate for Calories burned at your current weight and you will be able to add those exercises to your Exercise Diary.
Please see this article, and search for other helpful articles, on the MFP Help pages...
