Just had my 3rd and final baby!

My sweet baby boy is 12 days old and I'm ready to start using mfp again. I'm not getting to serious about losing weight and fitness yet as I'm still recovering from a c section and won't really be able to work out for a few more weeks but I'm ready to start tracking my food so I don't completely lose control. I'm not just looking to lose weight I want to look healthy too. I would love to do some heavy lifting at some point too but that seems like it is far out in the future. I broke my collar bone in a really bad spot 5 weeks ago and altho 3 it feels good enough now to care for my newborn, I have some serious mobility issues. It really required surgery but they would not operate while I was pregnant. I'm pumping breast milk so I'm trying to find the balance of refuling and over eating at this point and just moving as much as possible while not over doing it.
