    i like ginger boiled in water then take cup of the water and add tbs lemon and tbs honey.. great for sore throat - spicy but the honey settles that down some.

    Important that you add black pepper to your turmeric. The piperin in pepper helps to slow the absorption of cucurmin in the turmeric through the liver

    I use turmeric and black pepper together in food. And also ginger in other food.
