So I'm a stay at home mom. I clean around the house and play with my 3 year old son. Some times we go to the park and play. I also go to the gym mon-Fri for about 1.5-2 hours. I run on the elliptical for about 30-45 min and burn about 360-450 calories . So am I considered light active or sedentary?

Depends on what you do for what would be considered an "8 hour work day" - since you're a stay at home mom, how much of the day are you actually on your feet? If you stay on your feet for most of those 8 hours, then you are lightly active. Your gym time typically doesn't count as that's not what you do for the majority of your day.0

Based on your description, I would say you are at the very least lightly active.0
