Hey,
I'm a busy 25 year old female who wants to get back in shape. After college I got my first teaching job and healthy habits went out the door as I adjusted to the demands of my job.
Two years later I'm fed up with the weight I've gained and reminiscing about how I use to look and feel. I gained around 15 lbs in the two years I strayed from the healthy lifestyle and I know it'll suck getting back into the swing of it.
If you'd like to add me as a friend, give support, vent about fitness "woes" or be a silent friend then go right ahead.

My go to exercise is running. Preferably outside rain or shine. I am also trying out other types of exercise through instructor led classes at a local Community Fitness.
