    I read something lately that said you have to move first and that will produce motivation. I tend to agree. If I sit and look at my dirty house I am not motivated to clean it, but once I make myself get started; I become motivated and clean without grumbling. Same with going to the gym or eating healthy. Once I make a move in the right direction...motivation follows.
