Weighted machines. Advice/plan.

Hello,

I mainly do cardio based exercise and classes but have been advised here to add in some strength based training as well. Only thing is, I don't really know what I'm doing.

The ones I'm doing at the moment are advised by a physiotherapist due to a back injury but as far as part of a workout goes I don't really know what I should be doing.

I have a mummy csection tummy, back flab and my arms are chunky. Overall it's weightloss that needs to happen but those are particularly problem areas.

Does anyone have a bit of advice or a bit of a plan?

    After getting clearance from your physio or doctor to lift weights, try the strength program in my profile. Consider using video to check your form, or.. even better.. work with a good personal trainer.

    It's not possible to target fat loss, so your "problem areas" don't change which exercises to do. :+1:
