Hey Swimmers!
This year I started swimming laps and I'm curious, for those of you that swim regularly, when did you start noticing your body changing and how do think swimming has transformed your body?
Having spent part of my childhood in Hawaii I've been swimming for most of my life. Only recently I decided to get more serious about swimming laps. I mostly do front crawl, pulls, and kickboard, but breast stroke is probably my favorite. I'm also working on getting backstroke in the mix. I usually swim 45-60 mins every other day but I'm slow (about 1 min to do 50 yard lap front crawl, 2-3 min kickboard) so it's really not that much (30-45 50 yard laps).
