In need for motivation, sometimes I get lost in why I started. And nutrition tips are welcomed, just starting to count my macros

    Motivation comes from within. I am finding it fun to take each day and balance out my macros and micros and exercise. You can't let yourself feel deprived or under punishment. You are doing a great think for you!

    You should try to work out every morning from 5 am to 7 am

    If you want motivation and encouragement to keep going, check out the Successes forum! Every single story in there reminds me why I'm doing this, and why I keep going. You can do this!
    Also, figure out what works for you- what cbelc2 said about feeling deprived or punished is no way to live, and MFP is about living. :)
