Hey everyone!
My name is Leah and I have decided to get started on my weight loss journey. I don't know if any of you have heard of Isagenix, but I have been doing the 9 day cleanse for 7 days now and am feeling pretty good. I have lost about 31 inches so far and 5lbs (but, the fluctuates throughout the day. In case you don't know what Isagenix is, you are not starving yourself, just drinking meal replacement shakes and having a good healthy dinner along with lots of water and almonds. There are 2 days that you are cleansing your body with just water and the Isagenix cleanse drink. Sorry for the rant, lol.
Today I decided to start the 30 Day Shred, but gave up half way in because I felt sick :ohwell: I do not want to give up, has anyone else completed the Shred? Does the dying feeling go away? Lol. I didn't want to push myself too much because knowing me I'd never do it again. I was also thinking about starting off slow, walking an hour a day for 4 of 5 days out of the week; would that help with weight loss?
