Injured knee at work

I worked double shifts all weekend and my already weak knee is now unable to do squats and lunges. Everytime i bend that knee in those 2 motions it hurts pretty bad. I do have a personal trainer and im going to talk to him about it next time i see him but wanted to kno what some other things i can do instead of squats and lunges

    I would quit doing anything besides walking and focus on upper body until your knee is better. Knee injuries, if you're not careful, can become so bad nothing will heal them except surgery.

    Seeing a physiotherapist probably wouldn't hurt
