Feeling a bit down :(

Hey everyone, I know you probably heard or read this kind of thing alot on here. Sorry nothing newer to read.

Im feeling a bit demotivated. After losing 1,5lbs last week i gained it all back on sunday :(.
Time of the month is next week aswell so im guessing my mood may have something to do with that along with some camping and fitting of a minor cold.

I do get up at 6am monday to friday to workout out. Ive started to following Joe wicks leanin15 plan. But i though id drop that 1.5lbs off by now and haven't which i know could take few more days but then with feels down i pinch a couple of sweets from my little one :( me and sugar and naughty . Pasta i find bloats me up and i shoot up a 1lb or 2 :( but nomally goes down after few days.

Ive bought myself a fibit to help boost my walking/burns aswell. So i know im burning just over 2,000 calories a day.
Im trying to keep myself at a deflict intake so i see a loss. trying not to stress over it but hey ho. :(

Im just gonna say it must be because im due soon i think which is making me feel like poop.

Im also happy for anyone to add me as a friend aswell to boost along for motivation.

    You got this girl! I have been battling three freaking pounds for a couple weeks now. I lose it and then it is back. Eventually you'll get past this one and move on to another one that is just as stubborn. Don't give up. Just keep swimming! (Nemo reference there in case it is lost!)

    Thanks hun and thanks for the add to. On the plus side im on my 3rd bottle of water lol. And no food in sight for next 6hrs. Time to work x
