Loss of energy/appetite?

(I apologize if this isn't in the right category, I have no idea where I should put this)
I have some issues with acid reflux and on Thursday I think I (foolishly) overdosed on spicy food...so, on Friday morning I woke up with probably the worst acid reflux I've ever experienced.. I tried taking baking soda in water and instead of helping, it had the opposite effect and made me throw up. To make a long story short, I felt like crap for 3 days (tired, worn out...I felt like a walking corpse)...barely eating, barely moving. My appetite has not gone back to normal since Friday and I think as a side effect of barely eating, I've lost most of my energy...which makes working out (I do 30 minutes of cardio/HIIT every day) extremely draining and unenjoyable...I guess I still kinda feel like a walking corpse to some degree (which, as a typically hyper 19 year old female, cannot be normal?...)
I don't know what's going on with me.. I'm sleeping 8 hours every night, I'm not stressed out, ect., but I still feel horrible! Any advice on what to do?

I'd suggest laying off the exercise until you're feeling better or you may end up making things worse. Take a few days rest, get your energy levels back up with eating and then get back to the cardio. Also, a trip to the doctor may be in order in case there's an underlying cause.0
