      Wow, just WOW! I'm a smidge under 5'3" and working to lose 30kgs-ish (around 66lbs)... so far I've lost 6.4kgs (14lbs), but definitely on my way (currently 84.4kg/186lbs). As of right now, I have to say you are totally my inspriation that I can do this!!!! Thanks for sharing and inspiring me :-)

      Thanks!! That's a great start! You CAN do this!! Hey, take a look at my food diary. I eat "junk" all the time, so there's proof that weight loss doesn't have to be that hard.

      Thanks! Yes, I feel so much better now. Getting the weight off has virtually eliminated my lower back and knee pain, and greatly improved my acid reflux. It was getting hard to keep up with my 2 year old, which was part of my motivation to start losing. Getting up and down off the floor was difficult, and even picking him up was becoming hard on my back. Now we chase each other and roll around to our hearts' content.
