Will tracking my macros for lean bulking & 25 minutes of jogging every night 6 days a week & fasting help me lower my body fat percentage ?

    Your post is confusing. A lean bulk would be to put weight on. Cardio and fasting for a calorie deficit would be to lose weight. What are your goals?

    Bulking will put body fat on. And the jogging, while beneficial for your health, will ultimately slow your bulk down. And fasting is not something that goes hand in hand with bulking.
    What exactly is your goal?
