Hi! Add me, I'm desperate for friends whose diaries I can see. I'm also in college, if people wanna talk about how to manage scheduled classes with gym time.
Stats:
SW: 146lbs
CW: 134lbs
GW: 125(?)lbs
Height: 5'9"
I do weight training 3x per week, and cardio (jogging, uphill) 2x per week.
My main goal is to have abs again, I don't really care what weight that goal puts me at. Last time I looked best at 125lbs, but due to my focus on building muscle this time around, I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up defined and tight with a few extra pounds.
