I need help...

I don't know what I'm doing..i don't eat breakfast i love candy.im always hungry

    Start by logging everything you eat/drink. There's no reason to eat breakfast if you don't want to. Make room in your calories for candy. Fill your other calories with filling foods - proteins, fiber, some fats to keep the hunger at bay. Once you have a few weeks logging you can start seeing where you need to adjust.

    The poster above has good suggestions. Now that I limit my calories, I cannot go without breakfast. If I skip breakfast, I am way too hungry. I do not eat a huge breakfast, instead, I eat every 2-3 hours, but in small quantities. What helps me a great deal is planning my day the night before. This way, I know what to pack for my lunch and snacks and what I will have for supper and so on. I promise that it will get easier :)

    I'm such a procrastinator but I'm watching my calories by putting everything I eat first I'm so afraid of the burn.
