Goodluck. I am new but completed day 3. No dips so far apart from some sweet popcorn at the cinema today but i have accurately added it to my diary and im still 800 calories under today so im happy.

Thats awesome. Mmmm popcorn is amazing. It's not bad to indulge once in awhile, just make sure to get a workout of some kind in, to keep your metabolic rate high
