Goodluck. I am new but completed day 3. No dips so far apart from some sweet popcorn at the cinema today but i have accurately added it to my diary and im still 800 calories under today so im happy. 0

Thats awesome. Mmmm popcorn is amazing. It's not bad to indulge once in awhile, just make sure to get a workout of some kind in, to keep your metabolic rate high0
