I plan on starting this tonight! *Excited face* Anyone have any good results from it?

    I've got the dvd, however, never finished the entire 30 days. I am going to start it again tonight and try to do it every day of July. That's my goal anyway. :happy: Add me and maybe we can keep each other motivated and accountable??

    I did it for 30 days straight in March-April and lost a total of 10 lbs and 15.75 inches over all. I did Workout 1 and Workout 2 for 8 days each and Workout 3 and Workout 4 for 7 days each. I LOVED this program. Lots of plank moves really helped to sculpt my back and shoulders.

    I love this program!! :drinker: I did the whole thing, great results! Lost some weight but more importantly lots of inches!! I now have definition and I am stronger than I have ever been! And now I continue to do it 5-6 days a week. I just pick whichever week I'm in the mood for :happy: I highly recommend this video!! Its not easy, you will be sore but push through it I'd sooo worth it! Good luck!! :flowerforyou:
