I'm trying to figure out how many calories I should be eating daily after exercise (I burn around 500 5x a week) and what my macros should be. I've tried several different macro calculators and gotten very different results and have no idea which to follow. Its ranged from increasing my calories to 1500 and high carbs to super low carbs. I'm 5'4 and 124 lbs and am trying to lose fat. Unfortunately I do not know my BMI, which may be an issue.

You need to eat fewer calories than your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure)...this number is maintenance.
Eat 500 less for 1 pound a week, 250 for .5 pound a week, etc.
Macros are for nutrition. Some people eat high carb and lose, others eat high fat and lose. If you don't have medical issues then keep eating your usual way. Meet (or exceed) protein goals everyday to help maintain lean muscle. Make sure resistance training is part of your exercise.
Radical changes from your current eating patterns don't really give you information needed for maintenance.0 -
If you are trying to lose fat, then you'll need to do low carb or Keto (ultra low carb). Keep your carbs below 100 grams/day to begin.0

Being within the normal weight range, have you looked at body recomposition instead of straight up weight loss? This is a good thread:

As to your macros, those are really a personal preference thing. A good starting point is a 40C/30F/30P split.0
